About Us

Jeannie Fennell, the founder of Goodnight Babies, has a natural gift for helping others that has been honed by twenty years of experience in infant care. In 2009, she started her own business on the urging of her clients, who dubbed her the “baby whisperer." Since then, the business has grown through word of mouth and the reputation of a phenomenal team of women who are willing to go above and beyond to offer personalized service.

Goodnight Babies specializes in offering support during the critical first few months of a baby's life.

Our night nurses provide physical, emotional, and educational support as you develop a sleeping and feeding schedule for your newborn, while our professional doulas ensure the best possible birthing experiences by acting as a guide, source of support and comfort, and medical advocate.  Helpful for any family, our services are particularly essential for parents of multiples, preemies, or babies with special needs.

Soon-to-be-mothers should feel safe, informed, comfortable, and secure. Our professional doulas ensure the best possible birthing experiences for expecting parents by acting as a guide, source of support and comfort, and advocate. A doula helps guide mothers towards the decisions that are best for themselves and their child, and communicates those decisions to the rest of the medical team. Research suggests that the presence of a doula results in fewer birthing complications and better care results for both mother and child.

“Working with Goodnight Babies was a wonderful experience after both of my boys were born. We had the pleasure of having Jeannie as well as several members of her staff help us and we are forever grateful! They taught me so much about being a Mom to my baby boys and I always felt like we were a team. They were the best support I could have dreamed of during an overwhelming time. They’re professional, courteous, and loved my babies like they were their own. My babies were sleeping through the night before they were three months old. Jeannie still stops by to see them sometimes and they’re 3 and 6 years old. I would highly recommend this team of amazing women to anyone needing their services. ”
